Does Synergy log games for Division II, Division III and NAIA?
Yes. We log over 50,000 games per year.
Does Synergy work on both Mac and PC computers?
Yes, Synergy is fully compatible on both Mac and PC systems. That means teams don’t have to purchase new computers to use Synergy. Team staff members can also use a mixture of PC and Mac computers and seamlessly integrate their Synergy work.
Can I use Synergy on my iPad or other portable device?
Yes, a Synergy app is available for the iPad and iPad mini in the App Store (iTunes).
How quickly does Synergy turn games around?
- College Games Raw game video is available immediately upon the completion of the game (TV) or upload completion (non-TV). Synergy breakdown and analytics appear on the website 12-24 hours after the game ends (TV) or from when game is uploaded to Synergy (non-TV).
- NBA Games Available within 45 minutes of the completion of the game.
- WNBA/NBA D-League Games Raw game video is available immediately upon the completion of the game (TV) or upload completion (non-TV). Synergy breakdown and analytics appear on the website 12-24 hours from when the game ends (TV) or from when game is uploaded to Synergy (non-TV).
- International Games Televised games are available 45 minutes after the conclusion of the game, non-televised games are available 12-24 hours after the game is uploaded to Synergy.
How accurate is Synergy’s data?
Synergy employs multiple layers of logging and quality assurance measures to ensure the accuracy of the data.
Does Synergy provide a full editing system that uses automated edits?
Yes, Synergy’s automated edits can be transferred from the secure website to the NET editor in one mouse click, saving Synergy NET Editor clients literally hundreds of hours of work per season.
Does Synergy’s editor work offline and does it have local capture?
Yes. Synergy’s NET editing system can replace any current editing system including local capture.
Does Synergy provide video exchange?
Yes, video exchange is available at NO CHARGE.
What kind of internet bandwidth do I need?
Most high speed internet connections supply the necessary bandwidth to effectively use Synergy.
How does it work when I am on the road?
Synergy travels with you everywhere you go. You’ll need an internet connection, or if you are using the Synergy NET Editor, you can work offline without an internet connection.
